What We Believe
- We believe the Holy Bible to be the inspired Word of God.
- We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and Jesus Christ is our Lord and Redeemer.
- We believe in the Holy Ghost as the power and presence of God ever working in men to lift them to higher dimensions of living.
- We believe that man is created in the image of God, but through the influence of Satan, is born unto sin; we believe that with God’s help, man must choose whom he will serve and how he will live.
- We believe in justification by faith.
- We believe in sanctification as being set apart from sin.
- We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, and that all scripture is given by the inspiration of God - - profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness.
- We believe in the church as the people of Christ, the community of faith, wherein the Christian life is called into being, and nurtured.
- We believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and that by taking of communion, we recognize 1) the sacrifice made by Him on Calvary necessary to redeem us unto Himself, and 2) that we do shew forth His death until He comes.
- We believe in the soon return of Jesus Christ, and that we shall be caught up to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
